fiona is a designer and visualizer. She re-imagines the cultures of our current and future contexts, designing with a dry humorous twist through narratives. She hopes that today and tomorrow is the time to action climate change through design.
fiona has worked professionally in the fashion industry for over 7 years — in London, New York, Hong Kong and Canada. She has worked for Phalynx LLC’s Studio Antony Vallon New York on numerous special commissioned projects and collections with luxury ready-to-wear brands, as well as for the branding content of Phalynx LLC’s private fitness division, Greys Gym. Fiona has also worked in developing better business practices through higher-level education for fashion, with organizations such as the Centre for Sustainable Fashion in London, particularly in collaboration with internationally renowned luxury conglomerate Kering Group.
Fiona holds a MA in Fashion Futures at London College of Fashion.  She was selected as a Top 3 Stella McCartney Finalist for the LCF x Kering Award 2015, amongst over 130 applicants, for her project on algae as a material alternative to petroleum-based goods.  With a background in fashion design and patterncutting, Fiona graduated with Distinction in Graduate Diploma in Fashion from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design, Distinction in Draping certification from Fashion Institute of Technology, and a Distinction in BSc. Textiles & Clothing from the University of Alberta.
